The price is inclusive of electricity and the consumption of gas in the kitchen and for the water heater. The price does not include heating which would be added to the tariff. The renting terms are weekly, which is calculated from Saturday to Saturday. Guests will be welcomed between 16.00 and 18.00 Saturdays and are required to leave the apartment between 8.00 and 10.00 the following Saturday. In the apartment there aren't sheets and towels.

This is the location of the ruins of the old Casale. The remains of this Etruscan settlement nestled on the hillside, which are still visible, date back to the 8th century BC.
The nearest beach is Marina di Bibbona. the distance from roads, highways, railwais and centres makes Casalvecchio a place of absolute quietness; besides, thanks to its position at about 200 metres above the sea, the area is always temperate.
Casalvecchio is locafed along the route of an enchanting wine and gourmet itinerary, The Wine Road (La Strada del Vino). The itinerary includes Castellina, Montescudaio, Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri (Sassicaia), which are all renowned wine growing regions.
