San Felicissimo is situated on the lovely hill of Poggio Pelliccione, 450 Mt. above sea level, over looking the village of Ponte Felcino, just 4 Km. from the historic centre of Perugia. It is the result of the restructuring of two old farms, witch date back to the beginning of the 19th century.
It is optimally placed among olive trees and flowers and commands a magnificent view of Perugia, Assisi, Santa Maria degli Angeli and Tiber Valley. Here one can go for peaceful walks, swim in the large swimming pool.

San Felicissimo has 10 bedrooms, all with private bathroom, TV, frigo bar. Guests many also take advantage of the farm’s health-resort facilities and drink the pure diuretic and detoxifying water from the famous Etruscan Spring called “Cirimbilla”.
The farm offers its guests the opportunity of buying such natural local products as olive of the first pressing, fruit, jams, vegetables, cheese and wine.
