The charming Country House is set on the Adriatic Coast, in a beautiful, peaceful, rural location, yet convenient to the lively town of Pesaro and to the seaside.
Il Pignocco Country House is a great base for visiting very attractive historic towns located more inland, via rolling hills and stunning country roads in the region of Le Marche: Urbino, Fano, San Leo and Gradara.
The holiday house, including 8 self catering rooms or apartments, sits on top of a hill, making it a perfect setting for outdoor activities, as mountain biking and walking. The accommodations lead into a large garden which features outdoor seating for relaxing, or dining and a private outdoor swimming pool, with massaging water jets. Free use of the parking is available for the duration of your stay.
Nearby the country house there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy great meals in several traditional restaurants and “trattoria”. Several beaches including Gabicce, Fiorenzuola di Focara and Sirolo are within easy reach as well.

Where we areIl Pignocco Country House is situated in the animated landscape of the region of Marche, where less than one hour of car and less than fifty kilometres separate the Apennine Mountains from the sandy beaches of the Adriatic Sea.
The holiday house resides on the hills bordering the ancient historical centre of Pisaurum (Pesaro), attractive town of Roman origins on the seashore and nestling between the mountain St. Bartolo and the Ardizio hill. Nearby the residence, on the hilltops, in the sea breezes, rise svillages and medieval castles, such as Gradara and Novilara, spectacular examples of contact between history and culture.
The city of Urbino, representing the birthplace of Italian Renaissance, is around half an hour by car. In the mountainous hinterland, on the slopes of the Montefeltro, on the peaks of the Nerone, there is a continuous spectacle of nature, of historical memories, fortresses, ruins, sanctuaries.
