The restauration with flat typical of the sardegna all with seasonal products, is served in ample porch dipped in the green of the olive ones, dall originates' biological garden, meats of our breedings (Porcheddu, Lamb and Kidskin), they complete the cheeses the ricotta of sheep and goat, the bread done in house, the fresh pasta of day, the jams and the honey, the milk just milked of goat or of cow, oil extravergine of olive, the wine cannonau, the white vernaccias and muscat, (the abbardente and the myrtle) done in the house. The firm cultivates and raises its animals with the method of the Biological agriculture from 1998 and you/he/she is certified by the Bio Agricert in Bologna. From 2008 it is enrolled in the bulletin-board of the Didactic Farms of Sardinia, it has fit didactic places, where the traditions of our earth are taught (the bread, the pasta, the maintenance of the vegetables, the cheese, the ricotta etc.).
