Casa Rossa is a manor house dating back to the 18th century, located into a rural estate in Castel Ritaldi, an ancient village a few kilometres from Assisi, Spello and Spoleto.
Parts of the property – an unicum divided only by brooms, wild roses and dry stone walls – are also a garden and a big outdoor swimming pool, with an equipped solarium. But most of all, Casa Rossaoffers incredible landscapes and atmospheres. The first are a nature’s gift, thanks to the hillside position and the thick local vegetation, which only opens to show fortresses and villages. The second ones instead are, at least just a bit, thanks to us.

In the fine season our swimming pool is at your complete disposal, every day from 9.00am to 7.30pm.
Its dimensions are perfect to swim – 15.40 sq m long and 7.40 sq m wide – but Casa Rossa’s pool is also deep enough for those who just want to chill: from 0.90 sq m to 1.38 sq m.
Surrounded by greenery, shaded by old trees, equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and few hammocks. A corner of pure relaxation to sunbathe, read a nice book, or simply enjoy the panorama. Because nobody will ever disturb you here. As we always do for the guests of our eight apartments, at Casa Rossa’s pool we provide all the space and quiet that you need to do whatever you want!
The pool is not guarded.
