Point of pride of the farm holidays is the restaurant "Via Falciano 36" managed by Thomas and Fulvia, where the Tuscan cooking triumphs with the taste of refined dishes and original menus created according to the tradition with natural ingredients, some of them produced in the farm.
The best items of the production are pure olive oil, eggplant and ginger compote, red peppers and vanilla compote, grandmother's eggplant in oil, traditional pickles, oranges and apples caramelized jam, the biscuits and almond biscuits of Fulvia.
The farm holidays completes its offer with treatments and wellness programs organized by Accademia Olistica Dolce Armonia within the Bio Natural Club "Le Vie del Benessere".
The Bio Natural Club "Le Vie del Benessere" is specialized in holistic treatments and massages such as traditional ayurvedic massage of Kerala, Californian massage, Thai massage, Hawaiian massage, Reiki treatments, reflexology and shiatsu.
llbeing is born Bioandando - holidays and Bio Natural weekends - with proposals as: Natural Relaxation, Ayurveda & Wellness, Naturally fit.
Guests are accompanied in a practical, integrated and customized experience with serenity professionalism and good humor: from diet to physical activity (yoga, qi gong and training opportunities with personal trainer), from breathing techniques to meditation practices, from treatments and massages to relaxation techniques, all expertly performed by personnel trained in the specific field of reference.
Thanks to the gourmet expertise of the chef's Restaurant Via Falciano 36 and of the advisors of Accademia Olistica Dolce Armonia are available on request, organic, vegetarian and Ayurvedic menu focused on traditional Tuscan dishes.
The activities, treatments and massages of Bio Natural Club "Le Vie del Benessere" from March to October are held within the Bio Natural Gazebo, completely immersed in the park, handmade with natural wood walls and floor, the Gazebo has exclusive relaxation area with jacuzzi outside.
