Castellina marittima is sorounded by beautiful mountains where it is possible to make escursions, at about 20 kms there are the Terms of Casciana, for a relaxing day. In the area many restaurants with tipical Tuscany food
Where we are"Lacasadigiò" is in a very strategic position, on the Pisa hills with the view of the coast. The nearest beaches are at about 15 minutes driving. Most of the Tuscany artistic towns are in the ray of a few kilometers (Volterra, San Gimignano, ColleVal d'Elsa, Siena, Bolgheri, Casale Marittimo, etc.) Florence is at about one hour driving. In the near village of Pomaia is possible to visit the important Buddist monastery "Lama Tzong Khapa" hosted in a beautiful castle.
