- Heating : in winter , 4 hours of heating per day ( from 7:00 am to 8:30 am and from 19:00 to 21:30 )
- Air conditioning - Guests are requested to use the air conditioning only when they are in the apartments

Additional Costs
- Early check-in ( subject to service availability - Check- in from 12.00 pm ) : additional cost of 30% of the daily rate per apartment
- Late check-out ( subject to service availability - Check out within 18 hours maximum ) : additional cost of 50% of the daily rate per apartment
- Daily cleaning of the room and the bathroom: € 20,00 per day
- Extra linen and towels : € 10,00 per person
- Additional cleaning : € 35.00
- Supplement for final cleaning of the room € 50,00 if there is a pet
- EXTRAORDINARY CLEANING : for any extraordinary cleaning and sanitation of the apartment fridge, kitchenette , dishes and pans , Agriturismo Peter Pan may withhold € 100,00 per apartment from the deposit
- Wi- Fi: € 10.00 per week unlimited use
- Rental towels : The Farmhouse offers guests use of beach towels by the pool or even in the Solarium € 5.00 per towel
- Breakfast served: € 10,00 per person per day.
