With this in mind was born Agriturismo alle Rose which is located in the beautiful central house on the estate of Podere Risalso, the old family property, 15 minutes from Volterra.

 

Immersed in uncontaminated nature and surrounded by typical Tuscan countryside, Agriturismo alle Rose is not just a house, but a place where they produce organic products, natural and healthy, to spend a relaxing holiday with authentic flavors.

 

There you can taste at any time Cinta Senese pork meat, organic honey, pasta made with ancient grains and seasonal delicacies directly from the estate, or  be pampered by the kitchen of the famous family restaurant and wine bar "Da Beppino", located in the historical center of Volterra, which since 1948 with tradition brings to the table, with passion and feeling, the real Tuscan cuisine surrounded by the best local wines.
