Relais "Antico Podere San Francesco" country house, nearby the Wine Road of the Etruscan Coast, is looking forward to having you as guests in its one-room and two-room apartments, furnished with a country Tuscany style where you can relax yourself with a wonderful view over the Tuscany hills of Livorno area, close to the villages of Riparbella, and Santa Luce.
City of arts such as Bolgheri, Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Siena and Florence are just a few kilometres far from the farm holidays. You could also spend a few hours at the beach and the seaside in the along Etruscan Coast.
All the apartments have air-conditioning.

THE SWIMMING-POOL
Relais "Antico Podere San Francesco" has two swimming-pool immersed in the olive trees.
One is for adults (dimensions 10 x 20 m. deep from 60 cm. to 260 cm. with life guard), with a springboard and a hydromassage.
The other is for children - with a slide and wonderful waterworks.
Where we areFrom North - Highway (Autostrada) A12
From the north, exit the highway at Rosignano Marittimo, then take the "Aurelia" Cecina-Grosseto-Rome, once you are in the Aurelia, after 200 m turn left for Grosseto-Pisa.
Follow the signs and at the third roundabout you will find a sign described "Vada 5km" follow the signs for Vada and after 1 km you reach the exact point of intersection (attention: intersection hidden by the houses) at this intersection turn right (the last km, 100 meters before the intersection there is a white sign with an advertisement, this sign shows you that you should turn right must for the Podere San Francesco) when turning right follow the road for 400 meters and at the end turn right and at the second gate, turn left and you have arrived.
At the Motorway exit of Rosignano DO NOT ACTIVATE YOUR NAVI-SYSTEM, please follow the instruction provided by us.
From the South on SS.1 Variante Aurelia Exit "Vada"
Take the exit Cecina Nord and continue on the right direction Cecina. Go always straight on for about 1.8 km, keep the right side and take direction Firenze/Pisa. Continue in the same direction for 4.2 km at the end you will find the crossroads for Vada on your left. Following the direction for Vada, go slowly straight on for 1 km because at the end of the cover you will find a small croassroads. Turn right and after 400mt you will reach our Agriturismo.
