The Farmhouse Borgo Podernovo is located in the Municipality of Bolsena in the province of Viterbo between Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio. The structure dates back to the second half of 1800 and is a family-run farm and the availability of the owners make a very pleasant climate for their guests. All apartments are built in local volcanic stone and naturally cool.
A Podernovo were cultivated hemp, wheat, vines and olive trees, to which was added the farm (always at the household level) of sheep, goats, poultry (turkeys and chickens), pigs and cattle "Chianina".
