Since 2003, we have been passionately dedicated to the harvesting, processing and promotion of Apulian truffles. Our truffle grounds provide us with top-quality raw materials, which are also the stars of the dishes served at our restaurant, Casa Borgia.
Here, truffles are not just a product, but an experience to be lived. You can discover our processing laboratory, visit the dedicated showroom and take part in cooking classes, guided tastings and exclusive gastronomic events, designed to introduce you to the authentic flavours of the region.
We collaborate with universities and regional institutions to promote truffle culture and Apulian gastronomic traditions, combining research, passion and respect for the land.
