Tuscan typical cooking homemade. "Farnetino" is situated one kilometre away from the railway station and the center of Vicchio the birthplace of Giotto and Beato Angelico in the heart of Mugello, a green valley. It is 30 Km from Florence which can be reached by the train in 45 minutes, and 8 Km from the famous Ferrari race track. Vicchio has a good variety of shops, restaurants, tennis courts and a riding school.
The house forms part of a large working farm, with the nearby farm house still belonging to the owners who have orchards of fruit.
You can taste homemade pasta, wild boar , organic fruit, vegetables and chestnuts, and the hot bread just taked out of the antique oven. On request gluten-free cooking.
