The new established farmhouse "La Fornace" is placed in Montecapraro, in the montain territory of Fabbrica Curone (Alessandria Piemont), 850 m. high.
The family managed farm is 32 Ha wide and it produces IGP Piedmont hazel-nuts, small fruits, nuts, apples, wood, organic certified officinal plants, such as thyme and lavender.
We provide only overnight stay in the farmhouse, in five functional and comfortable apartments, all whith kitchen, bathroom, kitchenware and lenen; two flats are fit out for disabled people.
In our shop it is possible to buy both our and local and typical products, such as truffles, boletus, honey, fruit and vegetables, cheese and salted meat.

Our guestes can spend the days taking part on the farm activities, walking or riding in moutain ridges, playing tennis or bowling, shooting over the near preserves. Children cansee and meet a lot of country animals and the bees in the hives, wait for the chicks' hatch, enjoy in the park and benefit from several didactic journeys. The farmhouse is only 1 km far from caldirola sky-tracks.
