At “Ai Casoni” you will be treated to a cuisine that is inspired by the traditions of the local farming community, simple and genuine without the use of preservatives and artificial flavour enhancers.
Our Chef prepares typical regional dishes made exclusively with seasonal ingredients, being careful to choose only the best products, 60% of which are grown right on our farm. The menu starts with coldcuts, cheeses, and vegetables in olive oil or pickled, and continues with pastas, potato dumplings and ravioli, all homemade.
The skewers and the Chicken à la “Raboso” wine (an ancient recipe) are our main dishes; also delicious are the braised beef and the stew with pears and radicchio, and to finish our cakes and creamy desserts, all rigorously overseen by the owners and prepared by Andrea, the Chef.
“Ai Casoni” also organizes theme meal evenings during the year, based on specialties such as mushrooms, radicchio, pork, mixed boiled meats, asparagus, etc.
