Cancellations from 60 dd on arrival to 30 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of the advanced deposit .

Cancellations from 29 dd on arrival to 15 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.

Cancellations from 14 dd on arrival to 4 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 70% of the total price.

Cancellations from 3 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.

Notes

Breakfast not included: price euro 6.50 per person/under reservation

• included : use of swimming pool , towels for swimming pool not included and not provided .

• for weekly stay in apartments final cleaning + euro 30.00 /40.00

• cleaning of kitchen not included , please leave the kitchen cleaned after your leaving, otherwise you will pay 30.00 euro for the final cleaning .

• all apartments have possibility to add 1 or 2 extra bed to the price of euro 20.00 each one per night.

• single room: from euro 52.00 to 100.00 euro per night depend to the accomodation .

• restaurant open on thursday , friday and saturday for dinner, on sunday for lunch and dinner we raccomande to book on time.

• baby who don’t use extra beds are for free ( you can take with you a travel bed ).

• for christmans, easter, trade show , big event you will pay as high season.
