Notes
Prices refer to one week, we rent from Saturday to Saturday, Upon requests we rent on weekends, call for information on pricing and availability.
Prices include the consumption of water, electric energy, gas for kitchen, bed linen, household linen and towels changed weekly to saturday, the final cleaning, private car parking, internet wi-fi, television sat.
Prices not include heating in winter. On request can be rented Baby-bed or high chair for 15,00 Euros, possibility garage 20 Euros to week, pets are allowed for 25 Euros.
To confirm a booking deposit of 30% of the price is requested, the balance is settled when the keys are handed over. The house for the guests are available from 4,00 to 9,00 pm. (please inform us in case of delay). Guests who are leaving are kindly requested to leave house before 10 am.
Prices vary at Easter and Christmas time.
