Notes
Prices include linen, gas, electricity, water and final cleaning. Winter heating is billed according to consumption. The use of air-conditioning plant in Villa La Carraia is billed according to consumption.

It 'requires a deposit of 30% of the reservation and the balance on arrival at the handover. The receipt of the deposit must be sent by fax together with the duly signed contract for acceptance.
Will not be considered valid reservations without the signed contract.

The guest must pay a security deposit in cash Euro 150,00, will be returned upon departure if no damage to property or things.

The client will receive on arrival the apartment in order and at the departure he will redelivery it in the same condition.

The reservation is valid for the persons mentioned at the time of application.
