Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy for reservations for more than one week:

Cancellations from 60 days to 40 days prior the arrival day we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 39 days to 26 days prior the arrival day we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 25 to 16 days prior the arrival day we apply a penalty of 60% of the total price.
Cancellations from 15 days to 4 days to the arrival day we apply a penalty of 80% of the total price.
Cancellations from 3 days prior the arrival day to the arrival day we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
In case of guests cutting short their stay with us after their arrival, penalty of 80% of the total cancelled with a minimum of 1 night.

Cancellation policy for reservations for less than one week:

Time limit to cancel without penalty 9 days prior the arrival date.
From 8 to 4 days before the arrival date: 30% (deposit) of the total amount with a minimum of 1 night.
From 3 days to the day before the arrival date: 60% of the total amount with a minimum of 1 night.
Day of arrival and No Show: 80% of the total cost with a minimum of 1 night.
In case of guests cutting short their stay after their arrival, penalty 80% of the total cancelled with a minimum of 1 night.

Notes
Holidays like the 25th of April, 2nd of June, the 1st of November and the 8th of December are high season.
