Cancellation Policies
If the customer cancels your reservation 51 days before the date of arrival, no penalty is due and any deposit paid will be refunded in full;
If the customer cancels his reservation from 50 to 30 days prior to arrival will pay a penalty of down payment paid at time of booking.
If the customer cancels their booking, from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival will pay a penalty equal to 50% of the total value of the stay;
If the customer cancels his reservation from 14 to 8 days before date of arrival, will pay a penalty equal to 75% of the total value of the stay;
If the customer cancels his booking, within seven days prior to arrival date or not been informed of the cancellation of the booking (no show) will be charged 100% of the total value of the stay.
