Cancellation Policies
How to book

To confirm the reservation, customers must provide full details of a credit card. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the date of arrival, then the credit card will be charged with 30% of the cost of the stay as a deposit. If the reservation is made more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 10% of the entire stay will be charged to the credit card at the time of the reservation, and the remaining 20% deposit will be charged 30 days before the arrival date. Customers can also make a bank transfer for this amount to the account of Aronne SAS at Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze IBAN: IT70 N061 6072 2400 00007601 C00 - BIC SWIFT: CRFI IT XXX, sending a copy of the payment confirmation by fax to (+39) 0566 54723. On receipt of this payment confirmation, the booking will be confirmed. The balance must be settled on departure.

Cancellations

In low and mid-season, there will be no penalty for cancellations made at least 5 days before the arrival
date. After this time, a penalty corresponding to 30% of the entire stay will be charged. In high and peak
season, there will be no penalty for cancellations made at least 15 days before the arrival date. After this time, a penalty corresponding to 30% of the entire stay will be charged.

Notes
Terms and conditions

Rates are quoted per apartment, and include VAT. Prices include towels (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 bidet towel per person plus one bathmat per apartment), bed linen and dish towel. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. Weekly stays are from Saturday to Saturday. To arrive or leave on different days, send a request.
For weekly stays, a mandatory fee is charged for weekly cleaning which should be paid before departure, with the exception of the periods indicated. Daily and weekend rates include final cleaning. In winter, the use of heating is charged by consumption. Each apartment is equipped with individual thermostat and meter. On departure, the apartments must be left with the kitchen and its utensils clean, otherwise management will charge 100 Euro for the extra cleaning. For all stays, an imprint of a credit card will be required upon arrival as a guarantee, which will be returned on departure after settling the balance of the stay and after the apartment has been checked.
Small pets are welcome at Casale Aronne. 30 Euro will be charged for final disinfection of the apartment.
