Villa Arnilù is surrounded by a large garden and by the extensive grounds of the estate, and provides high standard holiday accommodation in 6 elegantly restored double bedrooms and one single bedroom.

Cancellation Terms: here is our cancellation policy for our rooms and apartments:

- until 30 days before the arrival date: your deposit will be refunded in full, with no further loss;
- from 29 days to 15 days before the arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded, with no further loss.
- from 14 days to 3 days before the arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded and a loss of 50% of the rental - cost could apply;
- from 2 days before the arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded and a loss of 100% of the rental cost could apply.

Shortening the period of your stay will be considered a cancellation.

In case of no show or advanced departure, the deposit will not be refunded and a loss of 100% of the rental cost could apply.

Not refunded deposit can be used for a future stay at Agriturismo Niccolai (if available) within 6 months from cancellation.

Loss for cancellation cannot be refunded.
