After receiving confirmation of availability please reply to the email sent to you in order to confirm your reservation and you'll receive all information regarding payment of 30% deposit. Your reservation will be confirmed after payment of deposit.
If you need to cancel please do so by email or fax. Your deposit will be reimbursed as follows:
100% deposit reimbursement if your cancellation occurs 15 days prior to arrival date;
No reimbursement if your cancellation occurs within 15 days from arrival date.

Full payment of the stay is compulsory even if the guest has to leave before the end of the reservation period for any reason.
