For cancellations within 30 days. the deposit will be fully refunded.
In the months of July and August the minimum stay is 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.
New Year's Eve and public holidays minimum stay 3 nights with flexible arrival.

Useful information:

- Deposit of 30% of the total 
- On request breakfast basket to ask at time of booking to be paid separately. 
- In low season, Epiphany, Easter, April 25th, May 1st, All Saints, Christmas  minimum stay 3 nights without LIMITATION on the day of arrival.

- During the two periods of average summer season, summer high season the minimum stay is 7 nights with arrival and departure on Saturdays only.

For cancellations:

- Within 30 days the deposit will be refunded in full,
