Cancellation Policies
To confirm your booking we ask for a deposit of 40% of the amount due, the balance is to be paid 40 days before your arrival. The amounts paid will not be refunded

Notes
- City tax of 1,50 euro per person for a maximum of six nights (children up to 12 years do not pay)
- Final cleaning and sanitation: for each booking 500,00 euro (whole structure)
- Deposit on arrival: 800,00 euro (whole structure)
- Pets allowed: 50,00 euro for final cleaning and disinfection
- Electricity consumption: when the price exceeds 200kwh per week, the price is 0.60 euro per additional kwh of consumption

In high season it's possible to do the check in and check out only on Saturday and not during the week.
