During your stay you will be living in a farmer’s house. The owners who live next door are real farmers, taking care of the olive trees, vineyards, cultivated land and of all the farming animals. They will be kindly and discretely at your disposal, should you need any help.
La Collina dei Lecci is a traditional Tuscan stone house built on a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and centuries old trees, only five kilometres away from San Gimignano. The house is divided in apartments elegantly furnished in traditional Tuscan style, with exposed beams and terracotta floors. All apartments are fitted with a fully equipped kitchen and a living dining-area, and a private bathroom equipped with a shower. Open all year long, La Collina dei Lecci is an enjoyably peaceful place, ideally located for daily excursions to old historical centres such as Volterra, Siena and Florence, or simply to enjoy the traditional Tuscan food and the historical heritage of the many small villages around the area. Completely surrounded by forests and fields La Collina dei Lecci is also an ideal base for hiking, trekking and bike excursions in the heart of Tuscany.
