Situated in the hills of the Valdarno Aretino, the Agriturismo Casa Sesta looks out over the valley of the Arno, from an altitude of 600 meters above sea level, offering its clients one of the most beautiful panoramas in all of Tuscany .
An ancient farmhouse and hunting lodge will be your refuge during a holiday spent amidst the vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees of the property. An authentic and fully functional wood burning stove is also available in an adjacent outdoor shelter once used for winter provisions . Flanking the farmhouse, a small consecrated chapel, still functional and dedicated to St. Clare, reminds us that, in earlier times, the Casa Sesta was a place of gathering for farmers of the area.
A few elderly locals still remember walking up to Sesta with their families, at threshing time, to celebrate mass in the tiny chapel.
