The Farm Holidays Terre Vineate is found in the commune of Montalto Marche, to around 400 mt of altitude. Dipped in the green hills, almost entirely surrounded from vineyards, it is situated to 1,5 kms from the historical center of the country: from historical studies it seems that already to the epoch of Pope Sisto V ('500) the area of the structure was destined to vineyard.

Montalto, that has given native to illustrious characters as Pope Sisto V and the architect Sacconi it rises on a hill that offers vast and suggestive panoramas from sea to Sibylline. The farm holidays Terre Vineate is part of an agricultural firm family management of around 20 hectares, cultivated mainly in vineyards, and with some woods of tall stem, from fruit (noceto and hypocrite oaks) and from wood (cherries): the firm integrally operates in the biological crops field.

You can reach the Adriatic coast in just 20 minutes, and the Sibillini mountains with its parks, hiking trails and ski runs and ski schools in the same time.
The province capital of Ascoli Piceno and the town of Fermo can be reached in less than a half hour. You can also find the coast in twenty minutes through the Val d'Aso where during the Easter and Pentecosal periods there is a feast for the eyes when all of the apple, peach and cherry trees are in full bloom as it is one of the major fruit production areas in the center of Italy.
