Lyn and Mike Sharp welcome you to their home ‘Il Mulino’, where both English and Italian are spoken.
Mike is a paramedic and reflexologist and Lyn is a qualified Beauty Therapist. Alternative Therapy treatments are available to guests during their stay.
Il Mulino is a 200-year-old converted mill house located in the historic Cortona region of Tuscany, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The house is situated in the tranquil hamlet of Falzano, in a green and secret valley, surrounded by acres of private land that includes woodland, fruit trees, grape vines and an abundance of wildlife.
The property has been sympathetically refurbished in traditional Tuscan style, retaining original beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, and with the benefit of central heating for winter visitors.

Where we areIl Mulino is situated in eastern Tuscany, close to the Umbrianborder, and a twenty minute drive from the E45 motorway.
The local town of Trestina has good shopping, banks, bars, pizzerias, trattorias and a post office.
The nearest airport is Perugia, a 40 minute drive from Il Mulino and served by Ryanair. Other airlines fly into Rome, Pisa and Florence.
It is advisable to have a car for transfer to and from the airport and to take advantage of the many sightseeing opportunities within this beautiful region of Tuscany. Transport to and from Perugia airport can be provided at a charge of 30 euros.
