Agriturismo Rio Verde Natura e Cultura is a converted country house just outside Sasso Marconi. It offers a restaurant, a garden with BBQ and children's playground, its own chapel and free shuttle in the local area.
Rooms have a rustic design with wood-beamed ceilings. Each one comes with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and tea and coffee making facilities.
Breakfast is buffet style and packed lunches are available on request. The Agriturismo also provides free parking and a shuttle to Sasso Marconi Train Station and other local destinations.
Rio Verde Natura e Cultura is just outside Monte Sole Historic Regional Park. It is easily reached from the A1 motorway and is 20 minutes' drive from Bologna.

The farm is only 2 Km from the center of town, approximately 5 Km from the motorway. With Bologna (18 Km) and Casalecchio di Reno (8 Km.) nearby, as well as important tourist and cultural locations such as Florence, Ravenna, Ferrara, Venice etc., makes it and excellent base for excursions.
Connection via train with the city (25 minute run), provides our guests with yet another service.
The municipality of Sasso Marconi is part of the territory that hosts Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori dell'Appennino Bolognese (The road of wines and flavors of the Bolognese Apenines) and the Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori Città Castelli e Ciliegi (The road of Wines and Flavors of Citta Castelli and Cherries) of Bologna and Modena and the area that produces the typical cherry of Vignola; twinned with the cities of Helston, in Cornwall (UK), Sassenage (France) and Siderno (Calabria).
