Sant'Anna house sits on a gentle green hill overlooking the valley of Belluno
with the grand view of the dramatic Dolomites panorama for your back ground.
It is an ideal location to rest up and relax for couples, families or little groups.
It is a comfortable old villa (14 beds) recently restored and furnished in the authentic old Italian style. Besides, we have restored a little independent house (2-4 beds) and our "old dairy" (2 apartments: 3 and 4 beds).
The cottage is located between 150 hectares of green and truly peaceful countryside.
We are open all year

1. Teaching farm activities Recently the farm took part to a project of Veneto Region for the maintenance of our local habitat and fauna.
Old paths ways have been rediscovered inside 37 hectares of our farm's estate. Visitors have the opportunity to observe the nesting sites of wild animals and practice bird-watching.
It is possible to participate in 3 teaching activities with these characteristics:
Teaching activities are provided for primary and secondary schools, for groups of children and adults.
Participants number: min 10, max 25
Time required: min. 2-3 hours - max. 1 day
The price per teaching activities has to be adjusted from time to time
The teaching activities can be held in English for foreign tourists
2. Mountain bikes rental - Horse riding
To discover the numerous cycle-touring tracks of the area and enjoy the beauties of nature in the countryside of Belluno we suggest you to book the mountain bikes, you will find them at your arrive at the farm house.
Just a few minutes from Sant'Anna farm-house it possible to horse-riding in the countryside, our friend Riccardo is waiting for you with his horses
3. Feasts hall
From the old firm barn has been made out a large multifuncional hall ideal for feasts, courses, seminaries, laboratories, projections, shows and concerts.
Where we areSant'Anna House is located on the entrance of the Dolomiti Bellunesi Park, and only few steps from the most beautiful mountains and villages of our region. It is possible to take enchanting excursions by mountain bike on foot or horse back. (Riding track at 200 meters)
Just two kilometers far you can play golf at the new practice course.
During the Winter time ski lovers will find our ski area of Nevegàl in only 7 kilometers of scenic drive.
In the Summer time you may like to practice surfing or sailing on Lake 'Santa Croce' which is only 10 kilometers away.
On 26th June 2009 UNESCO included Dolomites of Belluno area on its list of the World Natural Heritage.
The beautiful, medieval old town center of Belluno
is only 4 kilometers from us, above the Piave river.
Large and small streets will bring you to the elegant Palazzos, Churches and Museums.
Here you will see where history has left its mark and how old cultures have melted their traditions under the Venetian influence.
Shopping is delightful, especially on market days, you can hunt for your favorite bakery or caffè and restaurant.
