Exit from A12 Motorway at Rosignano Marittimo toll gate.
Then take the main road called "Variante Aurelia" (E80) towards Grosseto.
Exit at La California and follow Southwards to Grosseto. When you get to La California (the first village you will reach), turn left and take the road called S.P. 15 della Camminata towards Volterra - Casale - Bibbona.
After about 9.9 Km., you will find on your right the directions to Via Pereta and "Podere Chiavicone" Farm Holidays.
