Placed to two steps by the medieval village in Volterra in the valley of Alta Valdera, the San Paolo farm holiday house, is the ideal place for who wishes to spend an easeful holiday but also who wants to be visited and enjoy the most beautiful places of Tuscany.
Our structure composed of only 5 flats, perfect Tuscan country style characterized by the unfailing floors in medium, the ceilings in joists and walls of stone, are equipped with cooking corner equipped also for the most demanding, living-room with divan bed and bedrooms. All the house units have a romantic fire-place, satellite tv, autonomous heating and equipped garden.
Our house, anciently aimed at furnace, offers you a wonderful swimming pool equipped for your relaxation, a barbecue for your dinners and a wide garden where your children can play in full freedom.
For our favourable position in the heart of the Pisan hills, we can propose you the best of the typical products like cheese, wine and oil strictly made how was doing himself hundreds of years ago. In fact very near at our house you find dairies, wine-cellars and oil-mills; obviously we put ourselves at complete disposal for driven visits and tastings.

Where we areWe can truly say that you coulden’t choose anything better for your holidays… The central positions of our building allows you to visit the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany, first of all Florence, then Pisa; your could enjoy your visit in the ancient medieval suburbs like Lucca, Siena, which are the biggest ones, but also Volterra, San Gimignano, Vinci and why not Certaldo… Besides, you could visit the wonderful cliffs of Castiglioncello and go on until the Etruscan Rivieracoast.
