The restaurant has 80 seats, the cuisine relies on genuine ingredients and local traditions, in fact you can taste the typical dishies of this area. From the starters (ham-sansages, “Coppa” (cured neck of pork) bacon, various vegetables in oil).
The first courses (“Malloreddos” (pasta shaped in litle shells), “Pane Frattau” (carasau bread soaked in tomato, sauce with pecorino cheese), “Gulurgiones” (ravioli stuffed with potato cheese), pig and lamb cooked on the spit with myrtle and “Pecora in Capotto” (mutton boiled with vegetables and onions) are succulent second courses, and to finish your meal the tasty and sweet “Seatas” (tried cheese orricotta, filled pastry bubbles soaked in honey or sugar).
Of course everything, must be accompanied by the homemade Cannonau from the local rural traditional origins.

Berchida (that received several prizes in the last years as the most beautiful beach in Italy from Lega Ambiente, Environment Liague). The long sandy shore of the

But if you love the mountains Piperedda organizes giuded trips among the scent of the Mediterranean maquis and breath ta king views, to the mountains of
Irgoli, to the “Supramonte of Orgosolo, Gorropu Tiscali”, where the time has stood still!
