SOME TOURISTS HAVE ASKED...

Desidererei trascorrere una notte, per due in Val D'orcia -Toscana- presso un agriturismo che abbia anche la mezza pensione e possibilmente ubicato su una collina della valle (caratteristico della zona).

Aux alentours de Rome , 2 semaines juillet ou août , 2 adultes et 3 enfants, je recherche un gîte avec si possible une piscine à proximité ainsi que de la restauration avec des produits locaux, en bref, de la détente , de la verdure et quelques bon petits plats......

Buscamos alojamiento en la zona del Chianti con desayuno incluido. Nos gustaria un lugar centrico para poder movernos a ver otros lugares y poder hacer alguna cata de vinos. Gracias!

We would like to stay in Tuscany in August. We are a couple In the late fifties from Norway and we are spending tree weeks travelling in Toscana. A nice place with good Italian food and wine. Aase and Helge.

Cancellation Policies
Deposits will be refunded only if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before the beginning of the lease, otherwise the deposit could be used for future visit . With the " no show" you lose 100 % of the total .

PAYMENT:
A deposit of 30 % of the total amount due must be sent on receipt of confirmation of booking. The balance must be paid on arrival by credit card or cash.

PRICES :
Prices quoted are for one week rental of our apartment . Included in the price are (except where differential pricing ) : The use of hot and cold water , using electricity , cooking gas, initial cleaning of the property, bed linen and towels . Not included: heating when needed (based on your consumption ) taxes municipal tourism as described by the law : for € 2 per adult over 12 years to a maximum of 4 nights.

ARRIVAL
guests must present their identity documents for all parts to the building owner or his agent , allowing it to make a registration with the local authorities .

SECURITY AS A GUARANTEE :
Before taking possession of the keys to the property the customer is required to deposit the data of your credit card as a guarantee for damages and / or additional costs. The customer is liable to the property for the costs in excess of the deposit. The owner or his representative reserves the right to refuse access to any customer who fails to pay the required deposit. Customers are starting to leave the property by 10:00 now leaving the property clean and tidy condition .
