Cancellation Policies
Booking
In order to secure your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the rental price to be paid by bank transfer or Paypal.
The balance of 70% is to be paid locally on departure. We accept Credit Card (Visa, CartaSì, Maestro).
Cancellation Terms
Please read carefully our cancellation policy:
until 30 days before the arrival date, your deposit will be refunded in full, with no loss;
from 30 days to 15 days before the arrival date,
your deposit will not be refunded, with no loss:
from 15 days to 2 days before the arrival date,
your deposit will not be refunded, and a further loss of 50% of the whole rental price could apply; from 2 days before the arrival date,
your deposit will not be refunded, and a further loss of 100% of the whole rental price could apply;
Shortening the period of your stay will be considered a cancellation. In case of no show or advanced departure, the deposit will not be refunded and a loss of 100% of the whole rental price could apply. Not refunded deposit can be used for a future stay at Agriturismo Cesani within 6 months from cancellation.
Loss for cancellation cannot be refunded.
NotesThe following prices apply to the basic B&B service:

Tasting of typical products: from 10.00 to 25.00 € per person
Heating: included in the price.
Cleaning: every day, if the room is vacated by noon.
Linen Change: every 3 nights, more frequently on request.

Private Parking: free of charge.
Laundry: 6km away.
Wi.fi: free of charge in the reception area.
Use of the Pool: free of charge, including sun umbrellas and sun loungers for the guests of the Agriturismo.
Guided Wine tasting and tours of the estate: free of charge for the guests of the Agriturismo.
Meals: breakfast included in the price. It is possible to have rustic snacks on request, payable locally, during the opening hours of the reception.
Pets: well behaved pets are allowed.
Check-in: from 3pm to 7pm (different on request).
