Guest will find 10  beautifully restored apartments and 2 bedrooms in the tipycal Tuscany country style able to accommodate 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 10 people.

10 Apartaments from 2 to 5 people located in a typical Tuscan farmhouse: all the rooms have central heating and some have open fire.

Typology of the apartments located in the Main Building:
One room (studio) with kitchenette and bathroom for 2 person - 25 sq.mtrs: double bed (or 2 single beds) + kitchenette + bathroom with shower (on the ground floor 1 studio apartment is accessible for people with handicap).
One room (studio) with kitchenette and bathroom for 3 person - 25 sq.mtrs: double bed + single bed + kitchenette + bathroom with shower or tub.
One bedroom apartment for 3/4 people - 35 sq.mtrs: bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed 2 places + kitchen + bathroom with shower.
One bedroom apartment for 4/5 people - 45 sq.mtrs at 1st floor: bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed + living room with open fire, sofa bed 2 places + kitchenette + 1 bathroom with shower.
One bedroom apartment for 4/5 people - 45 mq.mtrs at the ground froor: bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed + living room with sofa bed 2 places and kitchenette + 2 bathrooms with shower accessible for people with handicap.

Typology of the apartments located in the "Fienile":
One bedroom apartments for 2 people - 30 sq.mtrs: doublebedroom + bathroom with shower + living room with kitchenette and open fire + veranda.
A round swimming pool (diameter 9mtrs) with deck-chair and garden forniture is at one's disposal of the Guest.
A wash machine is available for the Guest (extra).
