The hillside position offers a truly scenic view. The swimming pool situated between the buldings (16 x 8 m and 1.8 m deep) is open from 1 March to 31 October.
The location of the agritourism is certainly another of its advantages. All the major historical towns are within easy reach: Cortona 6 km, Arezzo 35 km, Montepulciano 20 km, Siena 65 km and Assisi 45 km. The town of Terontola (2.5 km) has an important railway station with many daily trains to Rome and Florence, the journey taking approx. 1 hour 30 minutes.
