It is a nice farmhouse, completely built in stone that, because of its particular position on the slope, was built in a terraced form over different levels.
The house has been recently restored, trying to conserve intact the original architectural style of a Tuscan farmhouse.

The farmhouse is surrounded by a big garden with swimming pool (12 x 6 m) and garden pavilion, olive trees and vineyards, from where it is possible to enjoy a stunning view over this beautiful landscape.

In less than five minutes by car it is possible to reach the statal road to reach Volterra (about 4 km), San Gimignano and the coast (about half an hour), Siena and Pisa (about 1 hour) and Florence (about one hour and a half.
