In the peace of the woods of the Eremo Calomini, we've founded the farmhouse "Antica Trattoria of Hermit" for our guests. In between nature with respect for nature.
Thanks to renewable energies, to modern construction techniques and purification, by using biodegradable soaps, mineral water on tap, draught to organic farming, we have reduced the environmental impact of our business. We want to welcome you friendly and familiar, and we want to please you with our cuisine, using products of our company. Thanks to our 20 years experience we were able to obtain the old barn restaurant with a cozy lounge with 30 seats, a heated veranda with 60 seats and a large outdoor area. In the kitchen we have a small wood oven where we make bread, roasts, the roast vegetables.
We offer our guests typical dishes of the Garfagnana and exclusive recipes made with trout of our farm. We invite you to enjoy the Focaccia Leva of Gallicano combined with salami and pecorino from the Garfagnana and smoked trout produced in our company. This may be continued by pasta and meat dishes and could be concluded with homemade cakes. We are open all year round. In winter we close on Monday evening and Tuesday. Our scenic tables offer you a day of good food and relaxation.
Where we areWe are 35 km far from Lucca and 60 km far from Pisa. We are in Garfagnana valley near the Apuane Alps and the Wind Cave. From our farm house could you take some track trails .
