SOME TOURISTS HAVE ASKED...

Desidererei trascorrere una notte, per due in Val D'orcia -Toscana- presso un agriturismo che abbia anche la mezza pensione e possibilmente ubicato su una collina della valle (caratteristico della zona).

Aux alentours de Rome , 2 semaines juillet ou août , 2 adultes et 3 enfants, je recherche un gîte avec si possible une piscine à proximité ainsi que de la restauration avec des produits locaux, en bref, de la détente , de la verdure et quelques bon petits plats......

Buscamos alojamiento en la zona del Chianti con desayuno incluido. Nos gustaria un lugar centrico para poder movernos a ver otros lugares y poder hacer alguna cata de vinos. Gracias!

We would like to stay in Tuscany in August. We are a couple In the late fifties from Norway and we are spending tree weeks travelling in Toscana. A nice place with good Italian food and wine. Aase and Helge.

Cancellation Policies
Cancellation by the client:

TORRETTA
The following rates will apply:
30% up to 4 months (120 days) before the date of arrival
50% up to 1,5 months (45 days) before the date of arrival
90% as from the 44th day before the date of arrival

Should we manage to rent the apartment partly or fully for the cancelled period we will refund the client accordingly.

TEMPIETTO, BENCONTENTA, LIETA, ASTER
The following rates will apply:
30% up to 4 months (120 days) before the date of arrival
50% up to 2 months (60 days) before the date of arrival
90% as from the 59th day before the date of arrival

Should we manage to rent the apartment partly or fully for the cancelled period we will refund the client accordingly.


Notes
The price includes: all facilities including air conditioning, heating (only for Torretta apartments), free wi fi connection (except for Tempeitto), weekly change of bed and bath linen, final cleaning, taxes.
Should you rent the house for 2 or more weeks, the house will be clened on Saturday and the linen will be changed.

Extra charges for Tempietto: wood for fire place, heating.
Extra charges for Aster: heating
Extra charges for Lieta and Bencontenta: air conditioning, wood for the fireplace.

Pets: upon request
Baby beds: we can provide baby cots and high chairs for free upon request.

Check in: your arrival is expected between 4pm and 7pm.
Check out: by 10 am.

Conditions of payment: 50% of the rent is due at the moment of the booking by credit card or by wire transfer, the other half must be paid upon your arrival.

Security deposit: upon arrival we ask our guests to make a security deposit in cash (€ 500 for Bencontenta, € 250 for Tempietto, Aster and Lieta). At the end of your stay the deposit will be given back, unless it has to be partly or fully used to repair any damage.
