SOME TOURISTS HAVE ASKED...

Desidererei trascorrere una notte, per due in Val D'orcia -Toscana- presso un agriturismo che abbia anche la mezza pensione e possibilmente ubicato su una collina della valle (caratteristico della zona).

Aux alentours de Rome , 2 semaines juillet ou août , 2 adultes et 3 enfants, je recherche un gîte avec si possible une piscine à proximité ainsi que de la restauration avec des produits locaux, en bref, de la détente , de la verdure et quelques bon petits plats......

Buscamos alojamiento en la zona del Chianti con desayuno incluido. Nos gustaria un lugar centrico para poder movernos a ver otros lugares y poder hacer alguna cata de vinos. Gracias!

We would like to stay in Tuscany in August. We are a couple In the late fifties from Norway and we are spending tree weeks travelling in Toscana. A nice place with good Italian food and wine. Aase and Helge.

Cancellation Policies
Balance and cancellation policy:

Rooms
The payment of the balance will be on the day of your arrival.
25% of the balance is required if the cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival
50% of the balance is required if the cancellation is than 15 days prior to arrival
100% of the balance is required if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, or in case of no-show

Apartments
A full payment of the balance is required within 30 days before arrival.
100% of full fee is lost if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival

Important:
Cancellation must be made in writing (email or fax) by the person who has made the booking. The notice becomes effective from the date of receipt by Castel Venezze.

Extra bed/cot for children on demand, during the low and middle season

Possibility to book dinner and/or breakfast service

Small pets allowed, on demand: € 7,00 per night, max one per apartment

Heating and Air conditioning in the apartments are not included in the price (depending on real consumptions)
