Cancellation Policies
SINGLE RESERVATIONS: At the moment of the reservation, we will require a deposit of about 15% of the whole amount of the stay. If the reservation is cancelled within 15 days from the arrival date, we will refund the whole amount of the deposit (except transfer charge), otherwise we will keep it.
GROUP RESERVATIONS: At the moment of the reservation, we will require a deposit of about 30% of the whole amount of the stay. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days from the arrival date, we will refund the whole amount of the deposit (except transfer charge), otherwise we will keep it.
Notes The prices include electricity, warm and cold water, weekly supply of linen, television (italian ddt), final cleaning of the apartment and access to wi-fi internet area; heating during winter is not included. Also available are beds for young babies.
The prices don't include the Tourist Tax of 1 euro per night per person older than 12 years old.

Closed from 3/11/2014 to 27/3/2015 and from 4/11/2015 to 19/12/2015.
Check-in time: 15.00/19.00. In case of different arrival time, the guests are asked to early inform the Direction.
