Cancellation Policies
SERVICES INCLUDE: bed linen changed weekly, towels changed every 3 days, gas, lighting, water, final cleaning of room. Heating, Water, Electricity, Gas, Daily cleaning service for the rooms, Weekly cleaning service for the apartments, End-of-stay cleaning. Use of the swimming pool.
SUPPLEMENTS: Extra bed -20% of the quoted rate per person; 50% discount for children under 6 years; for a booking of one night only additional charge of € 10,00 for a room and € 20,00 for an apartment.
Single use of room: 30% discount applicable, only available in low season.
Towels changed daily: € 2,00 per person
Additional change of bed linen for double bed: € 4,00
MINIMUM BOOKING PERIODO: One week in high season no limit in other periods.
BREAKFAST: included in the quote for a room but not for an apartment, when breakfast is charged at an extra cost of € 4,00 per person.
HALF BOARD: € 15,00 per person for a 3 course dinner excluding drinks
NotesIn the HOLIDAY the price is that of HIGH SEASON:
for a DOUBLE ROOM euro 65,00 for a day with breakfast;
