SOME TOURISTS HAVE ASKED...

Desidererei trascorrere una notte, per due in Val D'orcia -Toscana- presso un agriturismo che abbia anche la mezza pensione e possibilmente ubicato su una collina della valle (caratteristico della zona).

Aux alentours de Rome , 2 semaines juillet ou août , 2 adultes et 3 enfants, je recherche un gîte avec si possible une piscine à proximité ainsi que de la restauration avec des produits locaux, en bref, de la détente , de la verdure et quelques bon petits plats......

We would like to stay in Tuscany in August. We are a couple In the late fifties from Norway and we are spending tree weeks travelling in Toscana. A nice place with good Italian food and wine. Aase and Helge.

Cancellation Policies
Payment and Cancellation Terms:

Bookings
In order to secure your booking for our rooms and/or apartments, we require a deposit of 30% of the rental cost to be paid by bank transfer or Credit card (Visa or Mastercard). The balance is to be paid on departure form the property.

Cancellation Terms
Here is our cancellation policy for our rooms and apartments:

until 30 days before the arrival date,
your deposit will be refunded in full, with no further loss;

from 29 days to 15 days before the arrival date,
your deposit will not be refunded, and you can use it for a future stay at Agriturismo Niccolai within 6 months from cancellation (subject to availability);


from 14 days to 3 days before arrival, loss of 50% of the rental cost;


from 2 days before arrival, loss of 100% of the rental cost;

no‐show and early departure: loss of 100% of the of the rental cost.

Shortening the period of your stay will be considered a cancellation.

Apartments

Minimum stay: 3 nights
Included in the price: electricity, cooking gas, water, heating, final cleaning and starting linen package with bath, bed and kitchen linen
Daily and midweek cleaning: on request, payable locally.
Linen Change: once a week - for short stays of less than one week, on request payable locally
Buffet Breakfast: on request - 10,00 Euro per pers

Rooms

Buffet Breakfast: included in the price
Heating and Air Conditioning: included in the price
Cleaning: every day
Linen Change: every three nights, more frequently on request

Apartments and rooms

Hair-dryer: on request
Private Parking: free of charge
Use of the pool: free of charge, including sun umbrellas and sun loungers. Pool towels are not provided
Public transports: 500m to the stop of the local city bus
Laundry Service: 3.00 Euro for each use of the washing machine
Tasting of the estate wines: locally
Direct sale: local produce, wine and extra-virgin olive oil of high quality
Wi-Fi: free of charge
Restaurant: in our typical restaurant guests can enjoy traditional Tuscan food with a variety of choices
Pets allowed (extra charge of Euro 15.00)
Check-in: from 2,30pm to 7,30pm
Check-out: no later than 10am
