Cancellation Policies
In the case of cancellation
within 30 days from the start of your stay, 50% of the confirmation deposit paid will be returned to you.
In the case of cancellation at
less than 30 days from the start of your stay, 100% of the confirmation deposit paid will be withheld.
In the case of cancellation at
less than 10 days from the start of your stay, you will be required to pay for the entire agreed amount.
NotesThe Farmhouse is open continuously from June to September, from October to May is open to the guests only during the weekends and the holidays.
If you book for 2 or more week, you can obtain
a discount.
For the
supplementary bed for children up to 12 years, is required a estra charge of € 70 per week, € 15 per days for shorter stay.
The rate comprehends: bed kithcen and bathroom linen with weekly change, kitchen equipment, energy, cooking gas and water consumption, access to the swimming pool (during the opening period) and to the other common areas
The rate does not comprehend: obbligatory final cleaning: € 35 per apartment, heating in winter € 15/day if requested
For reserve the apartment is required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost.
