SOME TOURISTS HAVE ASKED...

Desidererei trascorrere una notte, per due in Val D'orcia -Toscana- presso un agriturismo che abbia anche la mezza pensione e possibilmente ubicato su una collina della valle (caratteristico della zona).

Aux alentours de Rome , 2 semaines juillet ou août , 2 adultes et 3 enfants, je recherche un gîte avec si possible une piscine à proximité ainsi que de la restauration avec des produits locaux, en bref, de la détente , de la verdure et quelques bon petits plats......

Buscamos alojamiento en la zona del Chianti con desayuno incluido. Nos gustaria un lugar centrico para poder movernos a ver otros lugares y poder hacer alguna cata de vinos. Gracias!

We would like to stay in Tuscany in August. We are a couple In the late fifties from Norway and we are spending tree weeks travelling in Toscana. A nice place with good Italian food and wine. Aase and Helge.

From the highway
A4 highway Milan-Venice: Sommacampagna exit: just out the highway turn right and go straight until you find a traffic light; turn right again, following signals for Custoza, after 50 mt turn left. Go straight till Custoza (around 5 km), 50 mt after Custoza town signal you''ll find our indications: turn left in via Gorgo and go on till you find our signal, that shows to turn another time left in a country street. Follow it till the top of the hill, where you''ll find us.
For people coming from Brennero-Modena highway, we suggest to change in Verona sud, and enter in the A4 highway, Milan direction and to go out in Sommacampagna.

From the Catullo airport
Outside the airport turn right and follow the way till Villafranca di Verona (3-4 km); when you will find a roundabout, keep right and go on following Valeggio sul Mincio indications; at the next roundabout (you will see "Montorsi" factory at your left side) keep right again and go straight for another couple of km. Outside Villafranca, you''ll find indications for Custoza, turn right and when you''ll reach a place called Coronini (you will see a climb of custoza''s hill in front of you), turn right in via Gorgo (Sommacampagna direction), after 700 mt on your right you''ll see our signal: turn right and follow the country street till the top.
