The colonial building, recently renovated, is made of 5 exquisitely furnished apartments, and lays within a huge park with stately trees by the Livenza river. Inside the park there is a swimming pool with ornamental water features. The agriturismo is a wise choice for those who wish to visit Venice, which can be reached with a one-hour drive, getting a break from the seaside relax.

Where we areEasily reachable by bike on traffic free, secondary roads (8 km) or by boat leaving from the dock 500 mt away from the agriturismo, Caorle, colorful fishermen town with a characteristic romanesque cathedral with a special bell tower. You can find excellent restaurants, free beaches and beaches with facilities.
Concerning beaches, there are several possibilities: the closest ones are 3,5 km away in Altanea, where there is the beach Baia Blu with facilities, or wild beach Brussa. Also closeby Duna Verde (6 km) and Eracla Mare (9km). For those looking for the sea as well as night life, Jesolo Lido (19 km). For nature lovers, about 10 km away there is Valle Vecchia, unpolluted environment with its characteristic “casoni” (biological architecture, made of straw, still used by fishermen and hunters); on the opposite way, about 25 km away, you can get to Venice Lagoon, where you can admire its nature as well as art and history, or bathe on the vip beaches during Venice Film Festival.
Also closeby and worth visiting are the medieval town of Portogruaro (25km), Treviso (50 km); a little bit further away (one and a half hour by car), the Roman ruins of Acquileia, the lagoon city of Grado and Trieste.
