Cancellation Policies
In case of cancellation, the following will be withheld:
* 10% of the total if the cancellation is done up to 4 months (120 days) from the date of arrival;
* 50% of the total, up to 2 months (60 days) prior to arrival.
Notes
PAYMENT: 50% of the total must be paid when booking into the business’ bank account, the remaining 50% will be paid upon arrival.
ARRIAVAL/DEPARTURE: the arrival is on Saturdays, please keep us informed if there is a delay due to unforeseen events, and departure before 12:00 on Saturday, after checking the apartment and calculating the expenses.
NUMBER OF BED PLACES: In the apartments it is forbidden toh ave more guests than the number of beds.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: it will be paid cash and in euros upon arrival, when collecting the apartment key. Such deposi twill be given back upon departure, deducting damages caused to the apartment or extra expenses, if applicable.
PRIVACY OF PERSONAL DATA: all personal data of the visitors will be used only for internal purposes only.
DISCOUNTS: during low season, discounts will be made.
